They’re almost here! 2015 crops

Slender cinquefoil field at Kenagy Family Farms (2015)

Slender cinquefoil blooming in our field at Kenagy Family Farms (2015)

Well, folks, it’s really happening!  We are getting our first significant crops this year in the form of slender cinquefoil (Potentilla gracilis) and western goldenrod (Solidago lepida var. salebrosa), and we will also get smaller amounts of self-heal (Prunella vulgaris var. lanceolata) and American bird’s-foot trefoil (Lotus unifoliolatus, now Acmispon americanus).

We are still in the process of figuring out how will disburse the seed, but please contact me if you are interested in the above species and let me know how much you are hoping for.  There will be some reserved for sale to partners.  And don’t forget that we have lots of western rush (Juncus occidenalis, formerly J. tenuis) for you as well.

Thanks to all of you for the support you’ve given in the last three years – your efforts are beginning to come to fruition (ha ha)!
